Personal email services such as Gmail or Outlook.com cannot be used to create an account. Every account uses an authenticator app for sign-in.
Did not get your code? It comes from no-reply@verificationemail.com, so check your junk or quarantine folder. An unconfirmed account is removed after 24 hours, and you can then create it again. To have it removed sooner, contact support@ftstech.ai.
